shipping policy

We’re just as excited as you are for your wild little one’s new gear to arrive! Here’s how we roll:

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We’re a small shop, so during busy seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer—but we promise we’re hustling (with coffee in hand).

Holiday Shipping:
During holidays, processing and shipping times may be delayed due to increased volume. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment (and last-minute meltdowns).

Shipping Methods & Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way. We offer Standard Shipping & Expedited Shipping (because sometimes you need it yesterday).

No International Shipping (for now):
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to go global in the future, so stay tuned!

Incorrect Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. Wild Little Ones is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If a package is returned due to an address error, it can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as “delivered,” it is the customer’s responsibility to locate it. If your order appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Wild Little Ones does not issue refunds on lost or stolen packages.
